La columna DEBITO no se utiliza normalmente, especifica la inversión de la contrapartida del asiento, de manera tal que si originalmente se registraba la Caja en el Haber, ahora se hará en el Debe.<br />

La cuenta que define clientes (deudores) se encuentra en el maestro de [[Clientes]], o sea que puede realizar la apertura por cada uno, por grupos o una cuenta general. <br />
<br />
Puede utilizarse la opción de edición en el menú maestros del módulo para modificar fácilmente las cuentas asignadas.<br />
<br />
La cuenta caja se define en el [[cajas|maestro]] de las mismas, con la siguiente correspondencia de acuerdo al estado del valor ingresado: recibido valores a depositar en Recibos; depositado para Depósitos, acreditado en Acreditación y del mismo modo para la cuenta rechazo. Los sucesivos [[seguimiento de valores|cambios de estado]] de los valores originarán los movimientos contables entre las cuentas que correspondan.<br />
<br />
Para el caso de ingreso de [[documentos contables]] se utiliza la cuenta Acreditación de la caja indicada en el ingreso. <br>Para este tipo de ingresos no se utilizará la cuenta de clientes sino la de caja como se mencionara.<br />
<br />
Los recibos que posean anticipo de [[iva]], utilizan el enlace contable del código elegido para la alicuota en la [[tabla de impuestos]].<br />
